6 Weeks To 1 year
Little Wishes Big Dreams understands how critical early childhood education and development is throughout your child’s life. Here at Little Wishes Big Dreams your child will be paired with a primary teacher and will receive personal attention meeting their essential developmental milestones within a caring and cohesive community.
Our experienced teachers and staff help facilitate this period of learning and that’s what separates us from traditional child care facilities. While your child is at our facility you will have peace of mind knowing that they are in a healthy and safe environment with a loving and nurturing staff.
Toddler Program
1 to 2 Years
Toddlers reach milestones in how they play, learn, speak, behave and move. At this stage they are moving around more and are aware of themselves and their surroundings. The desire to explore new objects and people increase as they become more curious. At Little Wishes Big Dreams we recognize these milestones and help each child navigate through these curious times. Your child will be paired with a teacher to help guide them through these milestones and provide essential activities to build your child’s development, academically, physically, socially and emotionally. While your toddler is at our facility, you will have peace of mind knowing they are in a healthy and safe environment with loving and nurturing staff. This is what separates us from traditional child care facilitates.
Early Preschool Program
2 to 3 Years
This is the most important time of a two-year old’s life. This is where they start to learn to make choices on their own. They are full of curiosity, energy and are more verbal. Little Wishes Big Dreams Frogstreet curriculum builds on these attributes. Our Highly qualified teachers create a safe environment, emotional coaching and nurturing with parent partnerships. The wellbeing of your child is our priority before the curriculum comes into play. Your child will be paired with a teacher to help them transition through these times. We provide emotional safety where our teachers speak in low and kind tones in loving and gentle ways to create a nurturing environment. Our ability to build relationships is what separates us from traditional child care facilities.
Preschool Program
3 to 4 Years
Three year olds are special!! They are transitioning from parallel play to interactive play. Their language capacity is blossoming. They are becoming a more mobile and learning to show genuine affection and concern for their peers. At Little Wishes Big Dreams we recognize and nurture your child’s curiosity with our Frogstreet curriculum. Each morning will start with a greeting circle with brain smart activity. Challenging children to focus on positive skills and develop emotional intelligence.
At Little Wishes Big Dreams children will have their first introduction to the alphabet by systematically highlighting letters in each morning message. Children will practice letter recognition and will be introduced to 5 new vocabulary words each week. They will participate in math, music, dance, singing, art as well as have opportunities for science technology and engineering. Your child will enjoy our indoor interactive playground, outdoor playground and our garden where they can learn to grow fruit and vegetables.
Pre-Kindergarten Program
4 to 5 Years
At Little Wishes Big Dreams we prepare children as they travel down the road to success and help them get ready for their school years. Our Frogstreet curriculum helps children unite, connect, commit, solve conflicts, manage emotions and develop self-regulation. Nurturing language and literacy skills in whole groups, small groups and learning centers. This helps form the foundation for reading success. Your child will be paired with a teacher to help guide them throughout their day. This is what separates us from traditional child care facilities.
Little Wishes Big Dreams focuses on Alphabet Knowledge along with math, technology, engineering, art, language and writing skills. There are six weekly practice centers: writer’s corner, fine motor, pretend and learn, math, sensory and science. Centers provide opportunities for children to explore their interest, make choices, practice cooperation and develop independence. We also provide plenty of opportunity for our children to enjoy our indoor interactive playground, outdoor playground and garden.
Parent partnerships is also important at Little Wishes Big Dreams. You will have the opportunity to join in your child’s day with our Procare Engage App. Here you can communicate live with your child’s teacher, receive pictures, videos, daily activities updates and much more all in the palm of your hand.
After School Program
Little Wishes Big Dreams understands that your child juggles assignments, friendships and extracurricular activities during their busy day. Our After School Program allows your child to pursue their passion with creative exploration, play and the freedom to discover what interests them.
Out after school teachers understand how challenging a long school day can be. They are trained in after school clubs and activities and will provide support and supervision to ensure your child is meeting the learning requirements of your school system. Your child will also love our outdoor and indoor interactive playground along with the ability to socialize in a safe and fun environment.
Summer Program
Little Wishes Big Dreams offers your child the opportunity to turn their ordinary summer into a summer of exciting exploration. Our hands on activities, field trips and themed events will make your kids summer camp fun and educational, while helping them make connections to the world around them. Balancing individual needs and interest while providing a safe and healthy environment.
